There is a paid parking lot immediately behind the Calgary Chinese Cultural Centre, 114 - 2nd Street SW Lot #214.
As of March 2022 the rates were:

The closest bus stop is SB Centre ST S @ 4 AV S.
From this stop, walk two and a half blocks north to 2nd Ave SE, then one block west to 1st St SW.

There are two bike racks by the Cultural Centre, one is by the East Entrance with 5 bicycle racks, and on the west entrance with 1 bicycle rack.
From C-Train
The closest station is the WB 1st Street SW CTrain Station.
Once you disembark, walk half a block west to 1st St SW and then four and a half blocks north to 2nd Ave SW.
